Radon Removal Test

In a sealed 2 m³ space, the Air Lamp was installed at a height of 100 cm, and the radon residual concentration at that time was 27 Bq/m³.
After 25 minutes of operation, the radon concentration was reduced to 1 Bq/m³ by the Air Lamp.
This indicates a 97% removal rate within 25 minutes.

Radon is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless radioactive gas that occurs in the air, water, and soil, formed through natural radioactive decay of uranium (U-238) and thorium (Th-232).
Continuous exposure to high concentrations can cause lung cancer. The exposure limit for radon in South Korea is 148 Bq/m³.
